Mr Potlapally Balakrishna born in “Pullalacheruvu” village and Mandal of Prakasham district of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1964. He is the 5thand last son among the brothers. His parents were Sri.Chalamaiah and Smt. Lakshmi Narasamma, hail from agricultural family. Long back ancestors of Potlapally family, migrated from ‘Inavolu’ of Warangal district to a village near Vinukonda of Guntur district.
